This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Lighthouse Harbor ("the App," "the Game," "we," "us," or "our") handles information. The App is developed and published by Heorhii Kozlovskyi, an individual developer ("the Developer").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be explicit, because "we collect nothing" is unusual. The App does not collect or process any of the following:

• Personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
• Account or login credentials (the App has no accounts)
• Device identifiers used for advertising or tracking (e.g., the Advertising Identifier / IDFA)
• Location data
• Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, calendar, or health data
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry
• Payment or financial information

The App requests no special permissions to run, and it does not include any third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking software development kits (SDKs).

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To let you keep your progress, the App saves game data locally on your device only. This never leaves your device and is never sent to us or anyone else. It includes:

• Your game save — a file stored in the App's private Application Support directory, containing your in-game progress such as gold, upgrades, ship tiers, prestige ("Starlight") level, achievements, and gameplay statistics.
• Your preferences — a small set of settings (for example, whether music and sound effects are on or off) stored in the App's private settings on the device.

This data contains no personal information about you — only your progress in the game. Because it is stored in the App's private, sandboxed storage, other apps cannot read it.

You can delete all of this data at any time by deleting the App. Uninstalling the App permanently removes your save file and preferences from the device.

No Third Parties

The App does not integrate any third-party services, advertising networks, analytics providers, or social features. No data is shared with any third party because no data is collected in the first place.

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect information related to your purchase and download of the App under Apple's Privacy Policy, which is separate from this policy and outside our control. We never receive any personal information about you from Apple beyond aggregate, anonymized sales figures.

Children's Privacy

Lighthouse Harbor is a family-friendly game (rated 4+) suitable for all ages. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, it collects no personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and the App is designed so that there is nothing to collect. The App complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the "children's data" provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by not gathering data at all.

Your Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and Others)

Privacy laws such as the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) give people rights over their personal data — such as the right to access, correct, delete, or port their data, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information.

Because we do not collect, store, or process any personal information, there is no personal data for us to access, disclose, correct, delete, or sell. We do not sell or share personal information under any definition of those terms. If you would like to remove all game data, simply delete the App from your device.

Data Security

The only data the App creates is stored in Apple's sandboxed, per-app storage on your device, protected by your device's own security. Since no data is transmitted over any network, there is no data in transit to intercept.

International Users

The App is available worldwide and functions the same way everywhere: it collects nothing. Because no data is transmitted off your device, there is no international transfer of personal data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App changes — for example, if a future version adds a feature that involves data. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised policy at the same location where you found this one. Any future version of the App that collects data will describe that clearly before collection occurs. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
