Highway Haven is an iPhone game provided by Heorhii Kozlovskyi ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game or contact us about it.
The game stores information such as your station, earned game currency, upgrades, campaign progress, tutorial progress, and sound settings locally on your device. It uses this information to save and resume your game.
We do not operate a server that receives your saved game, and the game does not provide an account-based or cloud-save service. Your device or Apple backup settings may nevertheless include the app's local data in backups. Those backups are managed through your device and Apple services, rather than by us.
Highway Haven uses Apple's StoreKit system for its optional full-game purchase. The app processes Apple-verified purchase information to determine whether full access is available, restore access, and respond to changes such as refunds or revocations. This verification does not send your transaction information to a developer-operated server.
Apple handles payment, billing, and Apple Account information under its own terms and Privacy Policy. We do not receive your payment card number or Apple Account password. Apple may make sales and financial reports available to us through its developer services.
If you email kohegstudio@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the contents and attachments of your message. Please send only information needed to explain your question; do not send passwords or payment card details.
We use this information to respond, troubleshoot problems, and maintain relevant support records. Our email service provider processes correspondence to deliver and store messages. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information or use support messages for targeted advertising.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we process support information to respond to your requested assistance and for our legitimate interest in supporting and improving the game. We may also process information to meet legal obligations.
The game does not include a separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Apple may make app performance information or diagnostics available to developers according to Apple's services and your device's sharing settings. Apple controls the collection of that information under its privacy policy.
The game does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photo library. It does not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites.
Local game data remains on your device until it is removed. You can delete the app through iPhone settings to remove its local data. Offloading the app keeps its documents and data. Device backups may retain a copy, and restoring a backup may restore your progress; manage or delete those backups through the relevant device or Apple settings.
We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain relevant records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete information you have provided by contacting kohegstudio@gmail.com. We cannot delete Apple's purchase records or manage your Apple backups; contact Apple or use its privacy and account controls for those services.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold, or to restrict or object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Contact kohegstudio@gmail.com to make a request. We may need information to verify that the request concerns your data.
The game does not ask for tracking consent because it does not conduct tracking. You can manage optional sharing with Apple in your device settings.
The game does not require children or other players to submit personal information to play and has no player messaging or public profiles. Parents and guardians can manage purchases using Apple's purchase restrictions and family controls. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through a support request, contact us so we can address it and delete it where appropriate.
Local data benefits from the protections provided by iOS. We take reasonable measures to protect support information we handle. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
This policy covers the Highway Haven app and related support correspondence. It does not describe separate data processing by the website hosting this policy, such as website cookies or server logs, or by linked third-party services.
We may update this policy when the game or our practices change. We will publish the updated policy with a revised effective date and provide additional notice where required by law.
