These terms describe the gameplay and purchase conditions for Highway Haven, provided by Heorhii Kozlovskyi ("we," "us," or "our"). For questions, contact kohegstudio@gmail.com.
Your license to use Highway Haven is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These terms supplement that agreement with information about the game; they do not replace it. If they conflict on an app-license matter, the Standard EULA controls. Apple's applicable store and payment terms also apply to purchases through the App Store.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, a parent or legal guardian should review them and authorize your use and any purchases.
Highway Haven includes a free chapter that you can continue playing without purchasing full access. An optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks access to the remaining campaign progression and its additional routes, land, and upgrades. It is not a subscription. The game contains no advertising.
Full access does not instantly construct every building, complete the campaign, or provide unlimited game currency. You still need to meet gameplay requirements and spend currency earned in the game to build and progress. Your existing local station and progress carry over when you unlock full access.
The purchase screen describes the available unlock and shows Apple's current localized price before you confirm. Any applicable taxes and payment details are handled through Apple. Payment requires your confirmation through Apple's purchase flow.
Full access is enabled after the app verifies a successful purchase with Apple. A canceled, failed, or pending transaction does not enable access until successfully completed and verified. Internet access may be needed to complete a purchase or restore it.
Use Restore purchases in the game to restore an eligible purchase through the Apple Account associated with it. Restoring a purchase restores the access entitlement; it does not recover a deleted saved game or transfer progress between devices.
Apple administers App Store refund requests. You can request a refund from Apple; eligibility depends on Apple's process and applicable law. If Apple refunds or revokes the purchase, the game may restrict full-access features again. Owned progress remains in the local save, but some operations may be unavailable without an active entitlement.
Game cash, fuel, buildings, upgrades, routes, and other virtual items are gameplay elements. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, transferred to other players, or traded outside the game. The game does not sell game currency for real money.
Campaign pacing and earnings depend on how you play. We do not promise a particular completion time or real-world financial return. We may adjust game balance, fix errors, and update features while respecting applicable consumer rights.
Progress and settings are saved locally on your device. The game does not provide an account-based or cloud-save service, and we do not keep a server copy of your station. Deleting the app or losing device data may cause progress to be lost. Apple or device backups may preserve data depending on your settings, but we cannot guarantee recovery.
Purchases and progress are separate: Apple may retain your purchase entitlement even if your local save is lost. Restoring full access does not restore that save. The game does not promise earnings while it is closed.
You are responsible for a compatible device and any network connection needed for App Store services. Availability of updates and compatibility can change as supported operating systems and devices evolve.
Use the game lawfully and in accordance with the Standard EULA. Do not use it to infringe others' rights or interfere with Apple services or our support systems.
The game, artwork, music, sound effects, text, and software belong to us or their respective licensors. Your rights to use them are those granted by the Standard EULA and applicable law. These terms do not restrict uses that applicable law permits independently of a license.
Our Privacy Policy explains how local saves, purchases, and support information are handled. Contact kohegstudio@gmail.com for game support. Apple handles Apple Account, payment, and App Store refund matters.
The Standard EULA addresses warranties, liability, termination, and governing law for the app license. Those provisions apply subject to mandatory local law. These supplementary terms do not add a separate liability cap, arbitration requirement, or waiver of consumer rights.
If you have a problem with the game, contact us so we can try to resolve it. This does not limit your right to use available legal remedies or consumer complaint procedures.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the game or legal requirements. We will publish the revised terms with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or request agreement where required. Changes do not remove mandatory rights relating to purchases you have already made.
