Aurora Stack is designed with privacy as a core principle. We want to be completely transparent about what we don't do:

• No Personal Information: We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers.
• No Location Data: We do not access or collect your device's location information.
• No Usage Analytics: We do not track how you play the game, which levels you complete, or how long you play.
• No Device Information: We do not collect information about your device, operating system, or hardware.
• No Contacts or Photos: We do not access your contacts, photos, or any other data on your device.
• No Third-Party Tracking: We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Aurora Stack stores minimal game progress data only on your device to provide you with the best gameplay experience. This data never leaves your device and includes:

• Current Level: The level you're currently playing
• Highest Level Reached: The highest level you've unlocked
• Game Preferences: Your visual and gameplay settings

This data is stored using Apple's standard iOS storage (UserDefaults) and remains entirely on your device. We cannot access this data, and it is not transmitted to any servers.

Aurora Stack does not require an internet connection to play. The game functions completely offline, ensuring:

• Your gameplay is never interrupted by connectivity issues
• No data is transmitted over the internet
• Your privacy is maintained at all times

4. In-App Purchases and Apple's Payment Processing

Aurora Stack is free to download with 50 levels included. You have the option to unlock all 1000 levels through a one-time in-app purchase.

What We Do:

• Offer a single, optional in-app purchase to unlock all levels
• Use Apple's built-in StoreKit system for all transactions
• Verify purchase status locally on your device

What We Don't Do:

• Collect payment information (handled entirely by Apple)
• Store your purchase history on our servers
• Track your purchasing behavior
• Offer subscriptions or recurring payments

All payment processing is handled securely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Your purchase status is verified through Apple's StoreKit and stored locally on your device.

Aurora Stack does not contain:

• Advertisements of any kind
• Third-party advertising networks
• Tracking pixels or ad identifiers

Whether you play the free levels or unlock all content, you will never see ads.

6. No Account or Login Required

Aurora Stack does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any credentials. You can start playing immediately after downloading the game.

7. Children's Privacy

Aurora Stack is suitable for all ages, including children. Since we do not collect any personal information from anyone, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide. Parents can confidently allow their children to play Aurora Stack knowing that no personal information is collected.

Since Aurora Stack does not collect or transmit any data, there is no risk of your information being intercepted, stolen, or misused. All game progress and purchase status are stored securely on your device using Apple's standard iOS security mechanisms.

Aurora Stack does not integrate with any third-party services, including:

• Cloud storage services
• Payment processors (beyond Apple's App Store)

The only third party involved is Apple, through the App Store for the initial purchase and download.

10. Apple App Store and In-App Purchases

When you download Aurora Stack from the Apple App Store or make an in-app purchase, Apple may collect certain information as part of their standard operations:

• App Download: Apple may collect information about app downloads
• In-App Purchase: Apple processes all payment information securely through their payment system
• Purchase Verification: Apple's StoreKit verifies your purchase status locally on your device

This is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not ours. We do not have access to any information that Apple collects, including your payment information or purchase history.

11. Changes to Game Data

Deleting Your Data

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by:

• Deleting the Aurora Stack app from your device
• Resetting your device to factory settings

Deleting the app will remove all locally stored game progress.

Transferring to a New Device

Currently, Aurora Stack does not support cloud saving for game progress. However, your in-app purchase status is managed by Apple and will automatically restore when you sign in with the same Apple ID on a new device. Simply use the "Restore Purchase" button in the app.

Your game progress (current level) is stored locally and will not transfer. We may add iCloud backup support for game progress in future updates, which would remain completely private and under your control.

Because we do not collect any personal information, many standard privacy rights (such as the right to access, modify, or delete your data) are not applicable. However, you have complete control over the game data stored on your device.

Aurora Stack can be downloaded and played anywhere in the world. Since we do not collect any data, there are no international data transfers or compliance concerns with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or other regional privacy laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. If we make significant changes, we will:

• Notify users through an in-app message or App Store update notes

However, our core commitment to privacy will remain unchanged: we will never start collecting personal information without your explicit consent.
