HackQuest is designed to be privacy-first. We do not require accounts, and we do not collect, store, or share personal data on our servers. Your progress and settings stay on your device.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data. Specifically:

• No account required. You can use the app without registering, providing an email, or creating a profile.
• No analytics or tracking. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs to track your behavior.
• No personal identifiers. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or device identifiers for advertising.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Information such as your game progress, scores, and in-app preferences is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data, and it is not transmitted to us or any third party. If you delete the app, this local data is removed with it.

3. Apple Services

HackQuest runs on Apple's platforms. Apple may collect certain information (for example, anonymized crash reports or App Store usage statistics) in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. This data is handled by Apple, not by us, and is governed by Apple's terms.

4. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 16. Because the app collects no personal data, no special collection occurs for users of any age.
