1. Use of the App

When using Kura, you agree to:

• Be responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• Not use the app for illegal or harmful activities.
• Comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines.

2. Account and Data

Your data is stored in your iCloud account if iCloud sync is enabled. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID and device.

3. Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID settings.

4. Intellectual Property

Kura and its content are owned by Heorhii Kozlovskyi. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content without permission.

5. Disclaimer

Kura is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heorhii Kozlovskyi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Kura.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
