1. Information You Provide

When you use Kura, you may provide the following information:

• Profile data (name, bio, contact info, social handles, rates, and brand collaborations).
• Deal data (titles, amounts, timelines, notes, deliverables, and reminders).
• Brand and contact data you add to manage partnerships.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Display and organize your deals and media kit information.
• Generate PDFs you export from the app.
• Sync your data across devices via iCloud/CloudKit.
• Deliver local reminder notifications you configure.

3. iCloud / CloudKit

Kura uses Apple iCloud/CloudKit to sync your data between devices. Your data is stored in your iCloud account and protected by Apple's security and privacy practices. We do not have access to your Apple ID or iCloud password.

4. Notifications

Kura can schedule local notifications on your device for deal reminders. You can enable or disable notifications in your device settings.

5. Analytics

Kura does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs at this time.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as you keep it in the app and in your iCloud account. You can delete data inside the app or by disabling iCloud for Kura in your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Kura is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
